The African-Australian CoP brings together public purpose sector professionals who are passionate about building their professional and leadership capabilities to enable constructive engagement on a range of matters relevant to members with African heritage.

The Communication CoP brings together public purpose sector professionals who are passionate about Communication. It covers all disciplines that relate to the practice of communication.

The People & Culture CoP brings together public purpose sector professionals who are passionate about building the capacity of human resource management professionals in the public purpose service by creating and sharing HR knowledge and expertise.

The Procurement CoP focuses on building procurement awareness, capability, and capacity in the Victorian public purpose sector. The CoP aims to bring public purpose sector professionals (from all levels and across different specialisations) together; and share better practice ideas and experiences with likeminded individuals in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The Risk CoP focuses on harnessing the power of risk based decision making to achieve outcomes and innovation. We do this by educating and informing at all levels, from those beginning their careers, to those leading programs across the Victorian public purpose sector.

The Sustainability CoP provides a space for those who specialise or have an interest in sustainability within government and the public purpose sector to come together. We share experiences and contribute to thought leadership, to better understand and influence current thinking around sustainable development and help drive optimal public sector outcomes.

YIPAA is an inclusive network of young professionals who work in or with the public purpose sector. The YIPAA network provides opportunities to connect, learn and grow in a supportive environment.
