Membership eligibility

Organisations are eligible for membership if they operate within the public administration ecosystem or deliver services on behalf of government and are formally recognised as an employer under the Victorian Public Service Commission (VPSC) framework. This includes departments, agencies, statutory authorities, and other government-related entities, as well as organisations that support government through policy development, program delivery, regulation, or advisory services. Eligibility is determined by an organisation’s alignment with public purpose sector objectives and its listing as a VPSC employer, ensuring membership is open to organisations that play a genuine role in public administration in Victoria.
