Thought Leadership Program Delivery Lead

IPAA Victoria is looking for people with public sector experience to lead and deliver thought leadership events, resources and conversations for IPAA Victoria members in line IPAA Victoria’s Thought Leadership Series. Thought leaders are recognised as experts in their industry and have an influential voice. They share valuable insights, ideas and expertise to uplift the capability of others. The role will be involved in all stages of the program design process including ideation, design, testing, delivery and evaluation.

Who we’re looking for

To be successful, you’ll need to have a background in policy development or program management.

You’ll need to have experience:

  • in local, state or federal government organisations
  • in project management
  • planning, managing and delivering events (online and in-person)
  • managing stakeholders from different levels of government, public sector agencies or authorities.
