Read MoreIPAA Victoria’s International Women’s Day Gala (IWD) is one of the major events in the public purpose sector calendar. This sell-out event reaches a wide cross-section of leaders and professionals in the public purpose sector and is a wonderful opportunity to rejoice, support, network and inspire women who are trailblazers and agents of change redefining the parameters of public purpose leadership.
This year’s theme, ‘Balancing the scales: every story matters’, is inspired by the UN Women Australia theme, ‘Balancing the scales’, shining a spotlight on the urgent need to create fair, inclusive, and accessible justice systems for all women and girls. Despite decades of progress, many still face entrenched barriers to justice.
In line with the UN Women Australia’s 2026 International Women’s Day theme we aim to spotlight the transformative power of storytelling and representation through:
This is a call to recognise and elevate the stories that drive progress, inspire change, and build a more equitable public service.
IPAA Victoria would like to acknowledge and thank the following collaborators for making the International Women’s Day Gala possible.
We would love to hear your feedback on your experience at the IWD Gala.
