Stories from the hybrid office

26 May 2021Online

How can people & culture and comms practitioners work together to support a once-in-a-generation workplace change?

Overview

Around the country, many people are starting to return to offices that look and feel very different from the ones they left a year ago.

Everyone’s talking about how we can make hybrid working a success, but this session is different.

People & culture and communications practitioners are central to helping organisations prepare for and manage this transition, and now IPAA Victoria’s Communities of Practice for People & Culture and Communications are joining forces to get as many of you as we can together in the one (virtual) room to share ideas, experiences and challenges.

Hear from colleagues in different organisations and different tiers of government about what’s working, what isn’t and how we can help each other.

Event outcomes

Less of a seminar and more of a town hall conversation, we want to talk about:

  • How comms and P&C can work together to support each other and our organisations
  • Common themes or fundamental issues we should be addressing
  • What those who are in the early stages of the transition can learn from those who are more advanced
  • Supporting staff and people leaders with the right strategies, resources and tools to make this transition a success
  • How do we keep staff connected to each other and organisational priorities moving forward.
