Overview
The ELEVATE: Advancing Project Leadership program is designed to elevate Executives and/or Senior Leaders by cultivating new leadership skills to think differently and enable a high-impact, high-performance culture in organisations across Victoria’s public sector.
This program is customised for your organisation and consists of practical learning, reflection and relevant skill development delivered through a series of interactive in-person workshops, learning labs, and self-paced online resources.
ELEVATE: Advancing Project Leadership equips your leaders to engage in real-world complexity and uncertainty of leading organisations, teams and projects with new strategies and behaviours to create sustainable, productive and agile cultures where wellbeing fuels performance.
Course delivery
The program is delivered typically over three months with 5 workshops and 4 online learning labs. Three of the workshops will focus on Leadership Skills while two workshops will focus on technical skills required by leaders. The workshops are interspersed with learning labs, which are held in an experiential and safe environment for participants to practice what they have learnt.

- Create a culture that values transparency around critical issues.
- Provide leadership capability uplift by increasing knowledge, skills and insights into behavioural, communication and interpersonal styles and how to create cultures of high impact.
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE
- Create a culture that values transparency around critical issues.
- Provide a bespoke technical capability uplift (identified by the department) by increasing knowledge and understanding of relevant processes and practices to improve performance and impact.
