IPAA Victoria’s Top 50 Public Sector Women Awards 2023 nominations now open

28 Sep 2023

Do you know one of Victoria’s best female emerging and established leaders in the public sector? Nominations for the Top 50 Public Sector Women Awards 2023 are now open.

IPAA Victoria is thrilled to open nominations for the Top 50 Public Sector Women Awards 2023. We are looking to recognise and celebrate the next cohort of Victoria’s best female leaders who lead high-performing teams and are role models who uphold values of integrity, diversity and inclusion, and transformation.

Launched in 2017, the Top 50 Public Sector Women Awards aims to recognise individual excellence and outstanding achievements of women at all levels of government – Commonwealth, State and Local – and provide a platform of support and encouragement to other women.

This year, we hope to recognise an esteemed cohort of Established Leaders and Emerging Leaders who comprise the best of the public sector. The Emerging Leader category refers to leaders in the early to mid-stage of their leadership career, including Team Leaders, Managers, or emerging Directors. The Established Leader category refers to senior leaders in the public sector in Victoria, including experienced Directors, Executive Directors, General Managers and CEOs.

This awards program is very special to IPAA Victoria, and is a chance to shine a light on the incredible women leading the public sector through an era of rapid transformation.
