IPAA Victoria’s International Women’s Day Gala Dinner 2024 celebrates the theme ‘EmpowerHER: Accelerating change in gender equality’ and aims to shine a spotlight on exceptional women leaders.
To honour International Women’s Day (8 March) (IWD), IPAA Victoria will acknowledge and celebrate women who are trailblazers and agents of change redefining the parameters of public purpose leadership through the theme of ‘EmpowerHER: Accelerating change in gender equality’.
As one of the most celebrated events in the public purpose sector, this year’s eminent speakers are leaders and innovators in their respective fields who will explore the role of economic empowerment in a gender-equal world, contemplate the progress that has been made thus far and consider the road ahead to ensure gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
IPAA Victoria is delighted to announce keynote speaker Danielle Wood, Chair of the Productivity Commission, who will share her wisdom and reflections on her experiences in advocating for women’s economic empowerment.
This year’s IWD Gala Dinner will be an unmissable and wonderful opportunity to hear from inspirational women leaders who will share their lived experiences and speak about the challenges that women continue to face inreachinggender equality,

IWD is a global day of recognition commemorating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality and has become a time to reflect on progress and a time to celebrate women.
