Your career as a constellation: how can you join the dots?

David’s own career journey is diverse having worked for ASX100 businesses across Australia in senior people and cultural roles, in Victorian government, in operational, and stakeholder engagement positions.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and has undertaken post graduate study in applied finance and industrial law. He is a non- executive director for a not-for-profit education service.

With a background in environmental science and conservation, Mel has switched things up in her career and is currently enjoying her work as Customer Experience Business Analyst at Victorian Land Registry Services. She attributes this to the varied nature of the work, as well as the trust and camaraderie within her team.

Mel believes that authentic human connection and open conversations are key to performance within teams and organisations, and across the public purpose sector, and is looking forward to having these conversations with her fellow early and mid-career professionals.
