Celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Top 50 Women Awards winners
IPAA Victoria’s Top 50 Women Awards recognise outstanding women whose leadership, dedication and impact are strengthening Victoria’s public purpose sector.
Launched in 2017, the Awards shine a light on women at all stages of their leadership journey, across Commonwealth, State and Local Government, and across the breadth of public purpose organisations. The 2026 Awards continue this proud tradition, celebrating leadership, influence and the work shaping better outcomes for the Victorian community.
The Top 50 Women Awards:
- recognise individual excellence and achievement
- celebrate women leaders and role models across diverse organisations and roles
- provide visibility, encouragement and inspiration for current and future leaders
- highlight the breadth and depth of leadership across the public purpose sector.

Award categories
Established Leader
Senior leaders with demonstrated impact and influence across the public purpose sector, including directors, executive directors, general managers and chief executives.
Emerging Leader
Leaders in the early to mid‑stage of their leadership journey who are recognised as the next generation of public purpose sector leaders.
