Jeremi Moule on the role of government communications now and into the future

Jeremi is the Secretary for the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy Secretary, Governance Policy and Coordination at the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, he was appointed to the position in August 2018.

Jeremi has held various executive positions in the Victorian and South Australian Public Services over a 17 year period, was the CEO of a registered training organisation and started his career as a journalist. He lives in Bendigo and has worked extensively in regional Victoria.

Kym is currently acting as the Executive Director of Organisational Transformation in the Department of Health and has worked in the Victorian Government for more than two decades.  She has extensive experience in using storytelling to influence change at both personal and organisational levels.

Kym lectures in Storytelling and Leadership in the Masters of Communication at RMIT, which focuses on how leaders use storytelling to communicate vision, inspire change within organisations and motivate for innovation.
