AI‑enabled team: redesigning collaboration with trust, transparency and shared accountability

17 Sep 2026Online

The Making AI work series is designed to support the Victorian public purpose sector at a time when adoption of AI is progressing at different speeds across organisations and departments.

Overview

As AI becomes more embedded in everyday work, public purpose sector teams are beginning to reconsider how work is planned, coordinated and delivered.

From drafting and summarising to prioritising actions, supporting meetings and improving communication, AI has the potential to change how teams collaborate and move work forward.

This webinar will explore what AI-enabled teams look like, where work often moves across teams, departments, approvals and accountability lines. It will unpack how AI may reshape collaboration, decision-making, communication and shared responsibility, while also considering the risks of inconsistent use, unclear roles and reduced transparency.

      Why attend?

      Participants will hear about:

      • how AI is changing the way teams plan, coordinate, prioritise, communicate and deliver work
      • what good collaboration looks like when AI tools can generate, summarise and synthesise information at speed
      • how teams can maintain trust, transparency, accountability and consistent quality when using AI
      • practical considerations for leaders and teams, including roles, workflows, governance, record-keeping and safe adoption.

      Interactive Q&A:
Following the discussion, there will be a dedicated Q&A segment where participants can engage directly with speaker and ask questions.
