10/10 Course. Christine Nixon is an amazing facilitator and story teller. It was a privilege to hear her speak and hear about all the amazing things she has achieved through her powerful influencing techniques! Paired with the IPAA material provided, I now better understand the influencing methods and principles to use in my day to day work with decision makers, collaborators and subject matter expert.
