About the Senior Executive Integrity and Ethical Leadership Program (IELP)
In the Senior Executive IELP, a select group of senior leaders are immersed in a program over three months exploring the philosophical, systems and practical dimensions of ethics, ethical leadership and integrity in a contemporary public administration context.
Participants hear from experts, gain insights from case studies, reflect on the integrity moments of renowned ‘wise heads’, undertake diagnostics providing insight to their personal ethical leadership ripple, engage in personal reflection, build their networks and join the growing Senior Executive IELP Alumni. They have opportunities for one-on-one coaching and mentoring from ‘critical friend’ mentors while working in their peer groups.

The Senior Executive IELP is delivered under the Chatham House Rule.
