Senior Executive IELP

In the Senior Executive IELP, a select group of senior leaders are immersed in a program over three months exploring the philosophical, systems and practical dimensions of ethics and integrity in a contemporary public administration context.

Participants hear from experts, gain insights from case studies, reflect on the integrity moments of renowned ‘wise heads’, undertake diagnostics providing insight to their personal ethical leadership ripple, engage in personal reflection, build their networks and join the growing Senior Executive IELP Alumni.

The Senior Executive IELP will be delivered twice in 2019, from March to June and July to October. Expressions of interest are open for our second program (July to October 2019). To register your expression of interest, please click here.

The Senior Executive IELP is delivered under the Chatham House Rule.

The Senior Executive IELP provides the perfect environment for challenging the biases, assumptions and perspectives that underpin the critical role we play as decision makers every day. The methodology and content is designed to suit senior executives at the highest levels of their organisation, and the learning environment is both respectful and reflective. I can highly recommend this program for leaders who want to extend themselves.

Who is the senior executive IELP participant?

Participants value the diversity of experience in the program. We are seeking expressions of interest, including those from diverse backgrounds, drawn from regional areas and participants from the Commonwealth and local government.
