Overview
This special cocktail-style event will bring together our past Top 50 Award winners for an evening of connection, reflection, and celebration.
In 2016, Davidson recognised the need to act on the gender imbalance that saw men significantly overrepresented on company boards and in leadership roles across Australia and set out to spotlight the accomplishments of women who had attained executive positions, with the aim of inspiring and empowering more women to pursue leadership opportunities.
Launched in 2017, the Top 50 Public Sector Women awards program recognises women in all levels of government – Commonwealth, State and Local – for their leadership, dedication and accomplishment to the public sector. Since then, we have had the privilege of honouring and telling the stories of remarkable public sector professionals through the Top 50 Public Sector Women Awards.
Hosted by Tracey Slatter, Chief Executive Officer, Transport Accident Commission and IPAA Victoria Deputy President, we are gathering our inspiring alumni to recognise their continued contributions and ask: Where are they now?
