Overview
Every career is unique, but Department of Transport and Planning’s Chief Communications and Experience Officer, Stephanie Specks’, is more unique than most. After first planning to be an operatic soprano, Steph has worked in more than 20 countries over the past 25 years on communications, strategy and policy and international aid.
IPAA Victoria’s Communications Community of Practice is proud to host Stephanie Speck as part of its annual keynote speaker series. Steph’s reflections will form the basis for a thought-provoking discussion on the power and practice of communications, and how lived and diverse experiences can shape a career in government comms and leadership.
This event is aimed at aspiring communication professionals – whether new to the game or seasoned practitioners – wanting to leverage their experience to develop their comms career and realise their leadership potential.
