Overview
The Silver Review set out a reform agenda aimed at to make the Victorian public service simpler, more efficient and better focused on the needs of the community. The Review recommends changes designed to reduce duplication, streamline public entities and reshape parts of the Victorian public sector workforce, helping create a public service that is easier to navigate and more sustainable for the long term.
As Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Jeremi Moule is leading the whole-of-government response to these reforms. In this live conversation, Jeremi will talk about what the Silver Review means in practice, how changes are being rolled out, and what staff across the Victorian Public Service can expect as the work continues.
Hosted by IPAA Victoria CEO Amanda Stevens, this session will give Victorian public sector employees insights into why the reforms are happening, what progress looks like, and how teams at all levels can prepare and adapt.
