The highs and lows of 2021 and “the great reconnection” of 2022

2 Dec 2021Online

Overview

2021 wasn’t quite what we expected or hoped for but we managed through the challenge and achieved amazing things in a year that was (again) uncertain and de-stabilising.

We are now beginning to reconnect with families and friends, and some of us with our colleagues. In a 2022 that will bring a new kind of disruption, why is reconnection in physical proximity important neurologically? How do we go about reconnecting when we are so out of practice? What are some practical strategies we can employ to approach 2022 with a sense of realistic optimism?

This session will provide an opportunity to pause and reflect on the year that has been. Come along to hear from speakers with unique insights into the reality of what it has been like to work in the public purpose sector over the past 12 months and what this could mean as we start to prepare for 2022 and beyond.
