Strategic thinking is central to successful policy development and service delivery in the increasingly complex environment in which the public sector operates.
This half day course explores a framework for approaching your day-to-day work more strategically. Irrespective of your role, it will assist improve your capacity to tackle any task that involves planning for change.
You will apply the Strategic Thinking Framework to a range of professional activities in the public sector, including policy development, service delivery, advocacy, and stakeholder relationships.
