Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, David provides strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient management and governance of IPAA Victoria and to deliver on its strategic priorities. David has extensive leadership experience in the Victorian Public Service, the Victorian Parliament, as a management consultant and on several Boards.
Member and Partner Engagement Officer
James is responsible for building and strengthening IPAA Victoria’s membership base and engagement.
Andrew co-ordinates our Peer Plus Mentoring Program, regional activities, and the implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Andrew contributes to research and evaluation, while supporting the continuous improvement of IPAA Victoria’s programs and events.
Tania De Carli
Tania leads projects, provides strategic and operational value and undertakes Company Secretary responsibilities. Tania’s background includes extensive experience in local government, a not-for-profit national peak body and the Victorian Electoral Commission.
Ezra works on our flagship Integrity and Ethical Leadership Program, and collaborates on delivering new programs strategies.
Senior Manager, Events
Kim provides hands-on events delivery and logistical management across activities including events and professional development programs.
Events and Program Coordinator
Having experience working in Business Operations, Ashlee continues to pursue her passion for event management through delivery of our events and professional development programs..
Emily is responsible for the payroll function, financial transactions and financial reports.
Professional Development Program Coordinator
Rachel is responsible for delivering the training programs. She also coordinates in-house training for IPAA Victoria members.
Communications and Media Advisor, Content Creator
Matthew is responsible for word-smithing our communication platforms, including publication content and speaking notes drawing on his background in journalism and writing for the Victorian government.
Ashleigh provides administrative and event delivery across the initiatives of IPAA Victoria’s professional learning and development activities.
Chief Operating Officer
Karina oversees the marketing, finance, HR, IT and general operations of IPAA Victoria. She is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in senior leadership and governance positions in the Not-for-Profit and Commercial Sectors.
David is responsible for our marketing functions, making sure our members, non-members and others across the Victorian public sector know what IPAA Victoria has to offer.
Director, Professional Learning and Development
With a broad background in learning and development, capability development and general management across government, private and community sectors, Sue is responsible for functions within the Learning & Development team, from research, design, development and delivery through to evaluation.
Manager, Research and Evaluation
Alice conducts research and evaluation of projects across the organisation's work areas. Alice is a medical anthropologist who has worked on international Indigenous research projects, and has extensive experience teaching and conducting evaluation.
