The People & Culture Community of Practice (CoP) brings together public purpose sector professionals who are passionate about building the capacity of human resource management professionals in the public purpose service by creating and sharing HR knowledge and expertise.
The People and Culture CoP Network brings together public purpose sector professionals who are passionate about building the capacity of human resource management professionals by creating and sharing HR knowledge and expertise.
The Network aims to:

Prime networking opportunities for individuals passionate about your interest area.
Peer learning and support.
The People and Culture CoP Committee comprises public sector professionals who are in touch with the needs and expectations of this practice area. They represent the various stakeholder groups within IPAA Victoria’s membership to ensure their diverse needs are met. Where possible they incorporate members from a range of Commonwealth, state and local government departments and agencies.
The CoP Committee meets a minimum of four times per year and is an integral part of our Communities of Practice program, providing direction and insight to a program of activities and events that support this community. IPAA Victoria Personal members and staff from Organisation members are eligible to nominate for the Committee.
Any professional who is an IPAA Victoria member is welcome to join the People & Culture CoP network.
