Announcing the new Programs Strategy and Public Purpose Capability Framework
We are pleased to announce our bold, new Programs Strategy for 2019 to 2023.
The strategy identifies four key strategic outcomes to revolutionise our professional development offerings. These outcomes respond to extensive consultations with our members and others across the sector last year, and the identification of key drivers shaping future public purpose learning and development needs.
The strategy is underpinned by our Public Purpose Capability Framework. The framework builds on Nesta’s Competency Framework for Experimenting and Public Problem Solving (2017) and was developed in collaboration with the Cube Group.
Over the coming months we will be completing foundation work on the strategy, and our members will begin to see exciting changes as we begin implementing the strategy.
