2019 Peer Plus Mentoring Program launched
There was a great positive energy yesterday between the mentors and mentees at the IPAA Victoria Peer Plus Mentoring Program launch.
Over 65 mentors and mentees from across all three levels of government attended the introductory workshop, getting to know each other and setting objectives for an exciting year ahead.
The program is designed to develop the capability of mentees in the early stages of their public sector career, through building relationships with experienced peers. Support and resources for every step in the participants’ journey are provided by IPAA Victoria and the Australian Mentor Centre.]
Now in its twelfth year, the program has supported over 400 mentees to build skills, network and develop their careers.
Applications to join the next Peer Plus Mentoring Program will open 15 November 2019 but you can pre-register your interest now by emailing Andrew Beech-Jones, Program Coordinator at email@example.com.
