- the rules and conventions of modern English grammar and punctuation
- grammatical errors and learn how to write in an active voice
- common spelling errors, problem pronouns, and other communication ‘gremlins’
- the correct use of apostrophes, capital letters, commas, semi-colons, hyphens, abbreviations and more.
