Contract Management

Paul Vorbach is a Director, AcademyGlobal and Non-Executive Director, the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Paul sits on the Commonwealth Government supported Australasian Procurement and Construction Council.

He has delivered training in procurement and contract management throughout Australia across all levels of government. Paul has developed the official procurement and contract management curriculum for NSW and QLD Governments and created the PSP50616 Diploma and PSP60616 Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting for UQ Skills, the Registered Training Organisation of the University of Queensland, which he delivers and assesses. In addition to his strong training credentials, Paul brings deep practical, technical and governance experience across public and private sector procurement, contract management, finance and risk management systems and processes. Paul has previously held senior management roles at Deloitte and Citigroup.

Paul’s recent training experience with Commonwealth, state and local governments includes the Victorian Public Sector Commission, Victorian Agency for Health Information, NSW Health, NSW Treasury, NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, Audit Office of NSW, the Independent Commission Against Corruption NSW and Australian Digital Health Agency.

Keith is a Principal Faculty of AcademyGlobal and Founding Managing Director of the Birmont Group. A former Chief Procurement Officer for Queensland Rail, Keith was named 2013 Asia Pacific CPO of the year and led his team to achieve two CIPS awards. His roles have included Asia Pacific Regional Procurement Director, General Motors, Head of Service Management for Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, and Managing Director, The Faculty Management Consultants where he delivered a variety of Procurement and Supply Chain training and coaching programs across the Australian and Singaporean client base.

His experience ranges across small to medium enterprises, private, private equity, government, and public sectors, from front line roles to executive level spans close to forty years and stretches across twenty countries that include Australasia, Europe and the USA. He has held senior leadership roles at a global level and across complex, cultural and strategic commercial portfolios and multiple industry sectors and led numerous transformational, reform and efficiency initiatives on a global level. He is passionate about building high-performance and cultures with diversity, equity and inclusion.g

Stuart is a Director and Faculty member at AcademyGlobal who specialises in the areas of finance, project management, procurement, contracting and risk management. A highly experienced senior executive, he has developed and delivered training for leading organisations including the Institute of Public Administration Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia, University of Technology Sydney, and Australian Institute of Management. Stuart’s corporate roles include Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for European and US multinationals.

For the last 8 years, he has developed and delivered training for commercial and government organisations in Australia and internationally. Stuart has delivered tailored finance training for NSW Treasury, NSW Police and NSW Department of Education, and designed and developed financial acumen courses for the Australian Public Service Commission and the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
