Who is the facilitator?
Paul Vorbach is an Honorary Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He has delivered training in procurement and contract management throughout Australia across all levels of government.
Paul has developed the official procurement and contract management curriculum for NSW and QLD Governments and created the UTS Diploma and UTS Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting which he delivers and assesses.
In addition to his strong training credentials, Paul brings deep practical, technical and governance experience across public and private sector procurement, contract management, finance and risk management systems and processes. He takes an integrated approach to these subject matter to avoid silos and ensure a holistic outcome for his clients. Paul has previously held senior management roles at Deloitte and Citigroup.

Who Should Attend?
IPAA Victoria’s Contract management course is aimed at mid- and senior levels of policy or project staff (VPS 3-6) who are responsible for managing or supporting all or part of goods or services contracts within the public sector. Participants may be from central procurement teams or from policy, program and service functions which undertake contract management activities.
