With the inexorable march of new technologies, flexible working, public-private partnerships – not to mention a State election in November – change is all around Victoria’s public sector in 2018. So it’s a timely juncture for IPAA Victoria and SenateSHJ to be ramping up our renowned Organisational change program, to give public servants the tools to improve vital aspects of their communications, business processes and relationships.
This unique half-day workshop draws on an Australian-first methodology that combines the latest change management wisdom with neurological pathways to critical skill acquisition. Award-winning communications strategist Jill Calder and business coach Faye Cormick reveal how you can drive change at individual, group and organisational levels – and train your brain to develop resilience during change.
What will you learn?
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
understand the concepts, knowledge and personal skills needed to drive change
understand how you respond to change and what you can do to increase your resilience
increase your team’s capabilities and commitment to deliver sustainable change
learn to become more resilient in an environment of constant change and pressure – and to help others do the same
improve your perspective on change to ‘future-proof’ your team for tomorrow’s challenges.
What should you expect?
Our Organisational change workshop provides a variety of interactive exercises, including an introduction to the globally recognised Four Rooms of Change® – a powerful and time-honoured model for driving change at individual, group and organisational levels.
