This workshop provides practical tools and techniques for helping you collate, organise and present information in a coherent and compelling report for a desired audience. The learning includes a ‘run through’ of successful reports from real-life case studies – including executive summaries and business cases.
Who is the facilitator?
Mark Priadko is a highly regarded consultant and facilitator, with a deep knowledge of financial management gained from many years in executive roles in the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance. As well as receiving reports and submissions from agencies seeking funding, Mark’s work in Treasury also required him to provide regular reports and briefings containing advice for the Treasurer and different departments.
Over the past 15 years, Mark has worked with a range of clients across all levels of government, universities and not-for-profit organisations on various initiatives that have required him to prepare persuasive reports. His love of learning, deep understanding of financial decision making, and natural curiosity have given him a unique insight into what decision makers want – and what is needed to persuade them.
