Join us in Geelong to watch a live broadcast of IPAA Victoria’s State Budget Briefing Breakfast, streamed directly from Melbourne.
The 2019-20 State Budget will now be delivered on Monday 27 May by the Treasurer of Victoria, The Hon Tim Pallas MP.
The following morning on Tuesday 28 May, IPAA Victoria’s annual State Budget Briefing Breakfast will be one of the best ways for you to learn about the most important Victorian government policy document for 2019-20.
Where will the key investments be made?
What are the economic factors at play?
What are the trends and assumptions that are shaping the future of Victoria?
David Martine PSM, Secretary of the Department of Treasury and Finance will deliver a keynote presentation of the 2019-20 budget - outlining exclusive insights into the thinking of this year’s budget. You’ll hear first-hand how the budget was shaped, and get a first-look deeper analysis than the mainstream media can provide.
There’ll be an additional opportunity to hear a panel discussion with guests including Kym Peake, IPAA Victoria President and Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and Fran Thorn, former Victorian public sector leader, on what the budget means over the next four years. The panel discussion will be facilitated by Colin Radford, CEO of VMIA.
