Nominations in this category are only for the whole organisation (i.e. not a stand alone initiative or project). In responding, you may wish to highlight a specific initiative or initiatives and how it/they supports and/or relates to a whole-of-organisation workforce and workplace response/strategy.

Criteria

All nominations will be judged against each of the specified criteria. Clear evidence (qualitative and/or quantitative) is required against each criterion for the judging panel to determine a score.

  • A future-oriented and innovative approach relative to the organisation size and its core business 
  • A clear strategic direction with strong leadership and vision 
  • Supporting staff to grow, develop capability and contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation 
  • A positive culture with engaged employees (including accountability/transparency, inclusion, safety diversity, agency/autonomy, rewards)  
  • Embraces new approaches including through technology and digital, enabling employees to work efficiently and effectively  
  • Systems and processes that embed the desired culture (including safety, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, reporting) 
  • Impacts on the organisation’s overall performance.
