This workshop does not assume any prior financial experience and is aimed at those wanting to gain an understanding of finance.

Each public sector project carries expectations – including expectations of strong financial accountability. How can you be
sure you’ve met those expectations? What process should you
follow to ensure a project’s success?

This half day workshop will take you through the expectations of
fiscal management for governance.

  • understanding and identifying variation and financial risk
