Are you an aspiring manager wanting to transition into a leadership role? Do you have the skills to translate strategy into action?

Public sector leaders need to adopt a unique leadership style that requires them to envisage (set a vision), enable the right resources to meet that vision, and empower others. In this half day workshop, you will explore the skills and capabilities required to make the successful transition into a public sector leadership role.

You will also have the opportunity to learn through the practical hands-on application of a case study to assist in developing your leadership skills.
