Corporate Membership demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to excellence in the public sector and provides organisational benefits for leaders and staff. Government departments and agencies large and small, including statutory bodies, local governments and government enterprises are Our Corporate Members, as well as organisations that work with government.
At leadership level, Corporate Membership offers high level partnering, networking, leadership development and support. It also provides tailored professional development to enhance and build the capability of your staff. Your staff become Corporate Associates of the Institute and receive discounts and priority booking.
Our approach is relational. We work with you directly to build a benefits package that meets your strategic objectives. There are four tiers of Corporate Membership – each offering different benefits for different sized organisations:

- VIP seating for Corporate Head and senior executives

- Engagement in the governance of the Institute
- Printed copies of publications and resources (Platinum 15, Gold 7, Silver 5, Bronze 3):
– Australian Journal of Public Administration - AJPA, a peer-review quarterly with online access
– Public Administration TODAY quarterly practitioners’ magazine with online access
– Occasional papers and presentation copies - Government staff invited to whole of government Community of Practice network meetings: Events, Internal Communication, People & Culture
- YIPAA (Young IPAA) is a forum for those under 36, to discuss issues, share experiences and ideas. Nominate your young emerging leaders for professional development and enhance their career opportunities. Limited FREE places allocated per tier of membership: Platinum 15, Gold 7, Silver 5, Bronze 3
- The IPAA Peer Plus Mentoring Program matches selected groups of young people with similar interests with an appropriate mentor (Personal Membership required if selected)
- Free places and targeted support for Indigenous public servants through our IPAA Indigenous Initiatives
- Partnership opportunities for specific purpose seminars and courses, including sponsoring of events, research or awards is available to the following tiers of membership: Platinum, Gold, Silver
