Cancellation Policy

Registrants wishing to cancel or transfer a program must advise IPAA in writing at least 5 working days prior to the date of the program. Registrants will otherwise be liable for payment.

Registrants wishing to transfer a program within 5 workings days of the program will incur a 25% administration fee.

Registrants must take into consideration prior to requesting a late refund or transfer that non-refundable costs may have been incurred by IPAA.
Substitute attendees are welcome at any time. Please advise IPAA of the substitute attendee in writing before the event.

Confirmation of registration

Due to limited places at IPAA programs, we will confirm your registration via email. Registrations that cannot be confirmed will be waitlisted and you will be contacted in the event of a place becoming available.

Security Policy

IPAA considers the security of your information to be of paramount importance. When you pay your membership fees or register for an IPAA program, our secure server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to connect to our website, which encrypts all the information sent from your PC. The following indicates that you have entered a secure session:

the "https" in place of the usual "http" in your browser address box
the small padlock at the foot of your browser

Both of these secure indicators will be present when you are requested to enter your credit card details.

InstantSSL Certification

IPAA has an InstantSSL certificate. This identifies IPAA as a secure environment in which you can transact. To view details of our security certificate, please click on the padlock in your browser footer.
IPAA’s payment gateway is 'eWay', which uses 128 bit DES encryption right through to the banks' EFTPOS networks where credit card transactions are automatically processed. You can obtain further technical information about our payment gateway by visiting our supplier's site: www.eway.com.au.
