IPAA Victoria Board

The Board consists of 10 financial members of the Victorian Division, including at least one person from each of the following: federal, state, and local government sectors, the academic sector and the private sector. Board Members are elected at the Annual General Meeting for a two-year term. The appointment concludes at the end of the second Annual General Meeting following the member’s election. Five Board members are elected at each Annual General Meeting. The board meet at least six times per year and is comprised of the following public sector representatives.

Nominations and Elections

All financial Personal Members and Corporate Member Heads are eligible to serve and vote for the Council. Nominations of candidates for election to the Council should be made in writing on the prescribed Council form, signed by two financial members and the candidate.
